3. Account Registration & Security

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (name, phone number, and email address).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Medical Consultations & Prescriptions

• All medical consultations are conducted by independent, qualified healthcare providers registered with relevant health professions councils.
• Prescriptions issued through the platform are valid for fulfillment at participating licensed pharmacies. Doctors reserve full medical discretion in prescribing treatments.

5. Pharmacy Orders & Delivery

• Pharmacy orders are processed and fulfilled directly by verified retail pharmacies.
• Delivery fees and timelines vary depending on distance and provider operating hours.

6. Payments & Cancellations

Payments for appointments and pharmacy products can be made using supported local mobile money (EcoCash, InnBucks), bank transfers, or wallet balances. Cancellation policies apply according to appointment schedules.

7. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All software code, logos, branding, and content are the exclusive property of Digital Vocano Private Limited. These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
